1. Deep fried chicken
Although deep fried chicken is a popular
and normal snack, there are seldom city which are crazy about fried chicken
like Taipei. They even make a movie mainly about chicken. On the street, you
can see many people walking with fried chicken on hand, crispy outside and
juicy inside. Only when you try it, can you feel how tasty it is.

2. Oyster omelet
Oyster omelet is one of the most
famous classic food in Taiwan. It is pan fried oyster and eggs, serving with
some sweet chilly source. Only a little bite, you can feel the perfect mixture
of oyster and eggs.

3. Taro ball
It’s a traditional dessert in Taiwan, it usually made by
flour and taro, also there are some other flavour like sweet potato and
pumpkin. Ice or bean curd jelly can be put on the top, taste especially nice in
summer.
